Everything is catered for children. We do not use adult products such as makeup, and we only use child polish.

There is a drop-off and pick-up time on the invite from the party host, and parents are not required to stay However, should you feel it is absolutely necessary to stay for the duration, then we politely request that you refrain from partaking in the party as this can interrupt the schedule. We also find that children can become inhibited with spectators and often do not come out of their shell.

Yes, all our team have a valid DBS.

If your child has a nut allergy, please let us know in advance. We provide a Parental Consent Form that asks for any allergies, ensuring we can take the necessary precautions. If your child has an allergy, we will make sure to source products that are free from any allergens, ensuring their safety throughout the event.

Yes, you can hold the pamper package in the garden pod outside, with a maximum of 6 children.

Absolutely! If you’d like to book our Tier 1 Pamper Package and add on some extras, we can definitely create a bespoke package just for you. We’ll tailor the experience to include everything you want while making sure it all fits comfortably within the time. If needed, we can also extend the party slightly to accommodate the extra activities. Just let us know which add-ons you’re interested in, and we’ll put together a personalised plan and quote for you!”

yes between treatments the children can stop for 10 min drink and snack break that you provide

Yes, parents are welcome to take a few photos during the party, but we kindly ask that they do so discreetly and avoid stepping into the activity area. We’ve found that when adults get too involved, it can take away from the children’s experience and the magical, pamper-party atmosphere we create.

We take plenty of high-quality photos throughout the party and send them directly to the host parent to share with guests. We also take some photos for our website and social media, but only with consent—this is covered in the permission form we send before the party.

We kindly ask that the birthday child and other children are kept away during setup. This helps us create a magical surprise when they see everything ready to go—it really adds to the ‘wow’ moment!

Our team has everything under control and we’re very experienced with setting up efficiently and beautifully. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we require  1.5 hours before the party starts for setup, with minimal interruptions or access to the setup area.
