Booking Process

Booking Enquiry Form
Upon completion of the Booking Enquiry Form, we will contact you to confirm your chosen dates and times.

You will then be required to pay a deposit to secure your date, time, pamper hosts, and equipment, as well as to cover administrative costs.

Deposits are non-refundable once booked. We cannot provisionally reserve dates without a deposit.

Confirmation of Booking

Once your deposit is received, we will send you a welcome email confirming your booking along with a link to the Consent Form.

The remainder of the balance will be confirmed before the party date.

Party Requirements

Venue and Parking
Our hosts require a ground floor venue with parking immediately outside.
All car parking costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Parent Drop-Off Policy
Elysium parties are designed as a hosted experience for children only.
Parents are kindly required to drop off and collect their children at the agreed times and not remain in the party area during the session.
This ensures a calm, relaxed spa environment for the children and allows our hosts to run the party smoothly and safely.

Supervision & Responsibility

Elysium Team will run the activities, however, the children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian hosting the party at all times.
We are not liable for the supervision, behaviour, or safety of children beyond the services we provide.

Food & Drink Policy

Food and drinks are permitted by the host, however we ask that they are kept away from pamper stations and equipment.
Please ensure any food allergies are communicated in advance.

Behaviour Policy

If a child becomes upset or disruptive, the parent hosting the party may be asked to assist or temporarily remove the child from the pamper area.
This is to maintain a calm and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Travel & Fuel Supplement
Our party packages include travel within an 8-mile radius of our base location.
For venues located beyond this radius, a fuel supplement will apply and will be calculated based on additional mileage and travel time.
The cost will be confirmed upon booking.

Guest Numbers
All party packages are created for up to six children.
Each additional child, up to a maximum of nine children in total, will be charged at £25 plus per child, depending on what package is required
Parties of more than nine children can be accommodated, but pricing will be bespoke depending on numbers and required staffing.

Product Usage and Safety
We use natural, child-friendly products and will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from the use of our pamper products.

We are also not responsible for accidents or injuries during the party.

All equipment will be checked and cleaned regularly for safety. Any broken or hazardous equipment will be removed immediately. Only age-appropriate equipment will be used.

Guest Preparation
Please ensure all guests are makeup and nail polish-free prior to the party.

Specific Allergy / Medical Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian hosting the party to ensure all allergy and medical information is submitted before the event.
We cannot perform treatments on any child without a completed Consent & Allergy Form.

Health and Safety

Viral Infections and Skin Conditions
We may be unable to offer pampering treatments to children with the following:

Cold sores

Verrucas, warts, conjunctivitis

Severe cold, head lice, acne, or eczema

An alternative treatment will be offered where possible. Please inform us of any such conditions before the party.

Photography Consent

We will take photographs and videos during the party for our online and printed marketing materials and social media.

We will seek consent from each child’s parent/guardian.

If any parent/guardian does not consent, no photographs will be taken of their child.

Cancellations

Cancellations by You (Customer)
Deposit Fee: If you cannot commit to the booking date, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.

Booking Fee Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable due to our commitment to hosts, therapists, and admin costs.

Children’s Bookings: In the event of illness, we will help arrange another date or offer a full refund minus £20 for admin. Alternatively, you may choose another package.

Cancellations by Us
If our pamper host(s) cannot attend due to sickness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to provide a replacement host.

If we are unable to fulfil the booking, we will provide a full refund of your deposit and any paid add-ons.

Consent Form

A signed Consent Form and allergy form is required for each child.

Please ensure forms are either:

Ready to be collected and checked by the hosts at the start of the party, or

Submitted in advance, as agreed.

Breakages

Children will be kindly asked not to play with or touch Elysium Parties’ products or equipment.

If any items are broken or damaged by a child, the replacement cost will be invoiced to the customer.

Garden Pamper Pods – Additional Terms

Sleeping in the pods is not permitted.

If bad weather occurs on the day of the party, the event will need to be moved inside the home. No refund will be given for pod hire in such circumstances.

Any damages or breakages to the pod structure, interior, or furnishings will result in a charge for repair or replacement.

We require day-before setup of the pods to allow proper preparation.

Depending on timing and availability, we will collect and clear away the pod on the same day or early the following morning.
